FAQ

Where can I find tracking for my order?
Tracking for your order is usually emailed to you at the email account under which the order was placed. If you are having difficulty locating that email, simply login to your store account (the one that placed the order). From there, you can search your orders by clicking the little guy in the top right of the screen and clicking "Order History", and in each order that has been shipped, there will be an option to check tracking at the bottom of your receipt for that order.

Where can I find a receipt for my order?
Receipts for your orders are usually emailed to you at the email account under which the order was placed. If you are having difficulty locating your receipt, simply login to your store account (the one that placed the order). From there, you can search your orders by clicking the little guy in the top right of the screen and clicking "Order History", and here you can find a receipt for each order that has been placed!

Where is my download link?
Download links are emailed separately from the receipt for your order; on most products, they should be delivered immediately following your purchase. They'll come from rethinkstore@rethinkgroup.org - so you might want to check your spam folder in case they are sent there! Of course, you can always locate your download link by logging into your store account (the one that placed the order)! From there, you can search your orders by clicking the little guy in the top right of the screen and clicking "Order History", and in each order your download link will be right there in the receipt!

Where, oh where, is my XP3 Middle School Curriculum Download?
You should be receiving your XP3 Middle School curriculum via email roughly 35-40 minutes after you place the order, if you don’t see your curriculum arrive in your inbox within 35-40 minutes of receiving your receipt, please do the following:
1. Check your spam, junk, promotions or quarantine folder for any emails from the @rethinkgroup.org domain.
2. If nothing is there, add infusiomail.com to your server's white or safe senders list.
3. If all else fails, please email or call us, and we will have the emails sent again.

Do you offer auto-billing for monthly items?
YES (but not through this site). Orange does offer auto-ship and recurring monthly billing for most of our monthly curriculum items. To see which items are available for auto-ship or to sign up, simply login to your curriculum account at WhatIsOrange.org and select the button in the top right hand corner that says "Monthly Product Autoship Signup"

Can I return my product?
Due to the time sensitive nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns on products that are not defective. Check out our RETURN POLICY for additional details.

Do you offer wholesale discounts to retailers?
We do offer a variation of bulk discounts on our products (just click on the product!) but for books, we do offer wholesale opportunities for retailers that can sometimes be different than our price listed. Please FILL OUT THIS FORM with your specific needs!

What is my store login?
Your store login is your email address and the password that you have set up on OrangeStore.org. If you don't have a store login, simply create one by clicking "register" in the bottom center of the screen. You can also create a store login during the store checkout process. *This login is currently a separate login than your curriculum login, should you have that.

I purchased a download, what is my license for that download?
Any licensing questions you have about download content should be answered in our Terms and Conditions or our Art License; however, if you are unsure about the proper licensed use of a copyrighted product, please contact us via email or phone and we are happy to clarify your product license for you.
